Renting with Salt & Light is meant to feel like shopping — clear pricing, easy choices, and a real person on the other end before anything is confirmed.
Step 01
Browse & Customize
Shop by department and see the rental price on every item. On items like our folding chairs, choose your options — a white cover, a gold, lavender or rose gold sash — and watch the estimate update as you go.
Step 02
Build My Event
Add items to My Event and adjust quantities anytime. As your list grows we'll gently point out things people commonly forget, like table covers to match your tables or a canopy for an outdoor setup.
Step 03
Request a Quote
Send us your date, location, guest count and setup needs along with your list. We review availability and event details, then follow up with your confirmed quote. No payment is collected online.
Delivery pricing
A transparent guide so you can plan ahead. Delivery is based on distance only — the first 0–3 miles are free no matter how large or small your order is.

Optional setup service
Prefer not to handle it yourself? We offer setup for chairs, tables, pop-up tents and canopies.
Setup labor: $60 per hour
As a planning example, unloading and setting up roughly 30 chairs, 5 tables and one 10x10 canopy typically takes about an hour with a team.
